BUR 45-70 minutes via the 5/101 — only when SNA is socked in by morning marine layer.

Local dispatcher tip. The 5 freeway through the Anaheim resort district between Disney Way and Katella backs up severely during the 8-9 AM park opening rush and 10-11 PM fireworks departure rush. We stage SUVs at the hotel porte-cochere 15 minutes before pickup time during peak fireworks (typically 9:30 PM summer, 9:00 PM holidays) so you're not stuck behind the entire park exiting onto Harbor. Convention Center weekends (D23, NAMM, NAB West, GameStop Expo) add another 20-40 minutes to the LAX route — we factor this into your morning departure call.
