Curbside pickup is not allowed at San Jose International. All arrivals are handled as inside Bag Meet at the baggage claim carousel.

Meet & greet inside at the baggage claim carousel for your domestic flight. Your driver will text you before you land and will be waiting carousel-side with a name sign.

  Customs Meet — International Arrivals ($65 Additional Charge)

Meet & greet just outside Customs & Immigration exit. Your driver will text you before you land and will be standing at the Customs exit with a name sign.

The SJC limo pickup zones are at the lower-level Arrivals curb of Terminal A and Terminal B, marked with "Reserved Limo / Hotel Shuttle" signage. After baggage claim, exit the terminal and look for the designated limo curb. Our chauffeur texts you the exact pickup column based on your terminal/gate. SJC is one of the easier Bay Area airports for curbside pickup due to its compact footprint.
