San Francisco Airport (SFO) Limousine Service Arrival Instructions

Your chauffeur's name and mobile number are emailed to you one day in advance. Here are your three pickup options at SFO:

1. Curbside (No Additional Charge) — Outside Passenger Pickup Area

Your driver will text you before touchdown. As soon as you land:

Call or text your driver directly to establish contact
Let the driver know whether you have checked luggage or carry-on only
Tell the driver where you'll be waiting (which door / terminal / curb zone) so pickup is prompt

Important: Waiting at the SFO curb is not allowed. Good communication with your driver is essential for a smooth curbside pickup.

2. Bag Meet ($45 Additional Charge) — Inside at Baggage Claim

Meet & greet inside at the baggage claim carousel for your flight. Your driver will text you before you land and will be waiting carousel-side with a name sign.

3. Customs Meet ($65 Additional Charge) — International Arrivals

Meet & greet just outside Customs & Immigration exit. Your driver will text you before you land and will be standing at the Customs exit with a name sign.
