Hospitals. Wellstar Kennestone Hospital (Church Street Extension, 655 beds) is Marietta's flagship hospital — the headquarters of the Wellstar Health System and one of the largest hospitals in Georgia, with Level II trauma, cardiac surgery, and the Kennestone Regional Cancer Center. Wellstar Windy Hill Hospital is also in Marietta. Northside Hospital Atlanta is 20 minutes southeast. Emory University Hospital is 30 minutes southeast.
