Hospitals. MetroWest Medical Center – Framingham Union Hospital (115 Lincoln Street) is the city's flagship hospital — a full-service community hospital with a 24/7 emergency department. For early flights we leave Framingham before 5:30 AM. Route 9 / Route 126 cross-town traffic around the TJX campus and Shoppers World is a reliable afternoon pinch point. Boston Marathon (third Monday in April) passes directly through Framingham at the 10-mile mark along Route 135 — the town closes the marathon corridor Monday morning.
