Direct flat-rate Black SUV and limousine transfer from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to Yosemite National Park — The Ahwahnee, Yosemite Valley Lodge, Tenaya Lodge, Rush Creek, Wawona, and Evergreen — 4 to 5 hours door-to-door, multi-day in-park chauffeur available, real-time flight tracking, no surge pricing, CPUC TCP# 9225, dispatching since 1986.
Flying into SFO for The Ahwahnee's Bracebridge Dinner, a family week at Tenaya Lodge, the Horsetail Fall Firefall window, or a multi-generational reunion at Rush Creek? Skip the rental-car-to-the-mountains anxiety. We meet you at SFO baggage claim with a professional chauffeur and a clean, late-model Black SUV, then drive you direct to your Yosemite lodge — with an option to keep the chauffeur on-site for multi-day trailhead drop-offs, Glacier Point excursions, and Tunnel View sunsets. Same operator that has served Yosemite-bound SFO arrivals since 1986.
Yosemite National Park frequently uses peak-season day-use reservations (typically Apr-Oct) for vehicles entering the park. Your chauffeur and vehicle count as one vehicle entry against the reservation. If your lodging is inside the park, your in-park reservation typically covers your entry without a separate day-use reservation. We coordinate with NPS posted rules and your lodge concierge to ensure compliant entry — advise dispatch of your lodging at booking.
SR-120 / Big Oak Flat (most common, year-round): SFO → I-380 East → I-580 East → I-205 East → I-5 South briefly → SR-120 East via Manteca / Oakdale / Groveland → Big Oak Flat entrance. Best for Rush Creek, Evergreen, and Yosemite Valley. SR-140 / Arch Rock: SFO → I-580 East → SR-99 South to Merced → SR-140 East via Mariposa / El Portal → Arch Rock entrance. Lower elevation, often the winter-storm-resilient choice. SR-41 / South Entrance: SFO → SR-99 South to Fresno → SR-41 North via Oakhurst → South entrance. Best for Tenaya Lodge and Wawona. We pick the route based on your lodging and weather conditions.
Your chauffeur knows the second your SFO flight is delayed, diverted, or early. We pull FAA data directly. No more landing in SFO at 11pm wondering whether the 4-hour drive starts when. The grace window is built in.
Written quote up front. Peak summer weekends, Firefall window, Bracebridge week, holiday season — the price you agree to is the price you pay. None of the surge-pricing chaos that hits SFO-departing rideshare at midnight.
Our distinctive Yosemite offering. The chauffeur and vehicle stay near the park (most often at Tenaya Lodge / Rush Creek / Yosemite View) and drive you to trailheads (Mist Trail, Mirror Lake, Mariposa Grove), Glacier Point, Tunnel View, and dinner reservations — while you skip the parking nightmares.
Yosemite trips run heavy: hiking gear, photography gear, formal wear for Bracebridge or Vintners', kid gear, multi-generational pile-ups. Cadillac Escalade handles 4 with full luggage. Mercedes Sprinter handles 7-12 with everything. We size the vehicle to the actual load.
SR-120, SR-140, SR-41 all see chain control during storms. Our drivers carry chains, deploy AWD/4WD when conditions warrant, and know when to reroute via the lower-elevation Arch Rock approach if SR-120 closes. They will not push through a Caltrans or NPS hard closure.
California Public Utilities Commission TCP# 9225 since the 1980s. Fully insured commercial passenger transport. W-2 chauffeurs with background checks and drug testing — not gig drivers in a Prius on a 4-hour mountain drive at midnight.
Lincoln MKT executive sedan or Mercedes-Benz S-Class. 1-3 passengers with reasonable luggage. Quiet, business-class ride for the 4-5 hour drive — ideal for romantic Bracebridge / Firefall arrivals.
Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevy Suburban Black SUV. 4-6 passengers with full family-vacation luggage, hiking gear, and stroller / car-seat capacity. The default family-trip vehicle to Tenaya, Rush Creek, and The Ahwahnee.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive Van for 7-13 passengers with bags. The default for multi-generational reunions at Tenaya Lodge or Rush Creek, and for corporate retreats. Mini-coach or full coach for 14-55.
Same vehicle and chauffeur stay near the park for the duration of your trip. Coordinated trailhead drop-offs (Mist Trail, Mirror Lake), Glacier Point sunset, dinner reservations, and the lodging-to-Tunnel-View golden-hour run. Add chauffeur lodging to the quote.
10-passenger stretch limousine for weddings at The Ahwahnee, Tenaya Lodge, or Wawona. Coordinated guest-wave transfers from SFO if many wedding-party arrivals stack across multiple flight times.
Many international guests book a multi-stop itinerary: SFO → SF for a night → Napa for two nights → Yosemite for three nights → back to SFO. We can run this as one chauffeur across multi-day, multi-city — simpler than three separate operators.
Roughly 4 to 5 hours depending on entrance and destination. SFO to The Ahwahnee or Yosemite Valley Lodge (Yosemite Valley) via SR-120 Big Oak Flat entrance: about 4 to 4.5 hours. SFO to Tenaya Lodge or Wawona via SR-41 South entrance through Fresno: about 4.5 to 5 hours. SFO to Rush Creek / Evergreen Lodge (just outside Big Oak Flat entrance): about 4 hours. Summer weekend traffic and snow-chain control on SR-120 / SR-140 in winter can extend these times.
Flat rate, not metered. Pricing depends on destination (Yosemite Valley vs Tenaya Lodge vs Wawona is a meaningful difference — different gates, different distances), vehicle (Lincoln sedan vs Cadillac Escalade vs Mercedes Sprinter for groups), and whether you want a multi-day in-park chauffeur. Peak summer weekends, the Bracebridge / Chefs' / Vintners' Holidays seasons, and Firefall windows (Feb) book up early. Call dispatch at +1-650-876-1777 or use the Quotes form for a written quote.
All three west-side entrances and every major lodge. Big Oak Flat (SR-120 west entrance): Rush Creek Lodge at Yosemite, Evergreen Lodge, Yosemite Westgate Lodge, Yosemite Riverside Inn. Arch Rock (SR-140 west entrance): Yosemite View Lodge, Cedar Lodge, Yosemite Bug. South / Wawona entrance (SR-41): Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine, Wawona Hotel. Inside the park: The Ahwahnee, Yosemite Valley Lodge, Curry Village / Half Dome Village, Wawona Hotel. Tioga Pass east entrance is closed in winter and uncommon from SFO. We choose the entrance based on your specific lodging and the season.
Yes — this is one of our most popular Yosemite arrangements. Park visits work much better with a chauffeur than a rental car: traffic in Yosemite Valley is brutal, parking is its own multi-hour problem, and most rentals are unsuited to the dirt pulloffs along Glacier Point Road or Tioga Road. We can keep the chauffeur and vehicle on-site for multi-day stays, dropping guests at trailheads like Yosemite Falls, Mirror Lake, Vernal Fall, Glacier Point, and Tunnel View, then picking them up at agreed times. Lodging for the chauffeur is added to the quote.
Yes. Yosemite in winter is a real operation: SR-120, SR-140, and SR-41 all see chain control during storms, and the park itself frequently requires chains within boundaries. We deploy AWD/4WD-capable vehicles, carry chains, monitor Caltrans and NPS road status, and will reroute or delay rather than push through a hard closure. Tioga Pass / SR-120 east is seasonally closed (typically Nov-May/Jun), so any winter routing is west-side only.
Yes — premium Yosemite events are part of our annual seasonal calendar. The Bracebridge Dinner at The Ahwahnee (December), Vintners' Holidays and Chefs' Holidays (Nov / Jan), and the Horsetail Fall Firefall window (late Feb) are all well-known SFO arrival peaks. The Ahwahnee sells out a year in advance for these — book your chauffeur transfer 4-8 weeks ahead, longer for Bracebridge.
1 to 3 passengers: Lincoln MKT executive sedan or Mercedes-Benz S-Class. 4 to 6 passengers with luggage and gear: Cadillac Escalade or Chevy Suburban Black SUV. 7 to 13 passengers: Mercedes-Benz Sprinter executive van — common for family reunions or corporate retreats at Tenaya Lodge or Rush Creek. 14-25 passengers: mini-coach. Larger family / corporate groups (25+): full coach. Multi-vehicle convoys for very large parties.
Fresno Yosemite International (FAT) is much closer to the South / Wawona entrance — about 1.5-2 hours to Tenaya Lodge. But FAT has limited flight inventory and most international or major-hub travelers route through SFO. SFO makes sense when (a) your flight options into FAT are bad or expensive, (b) you're combining Yosemite with SF, wine country, or the coast before / after, or (c) you're flying internationally. We serve both. For very large groups it can be worth comparing FAT and SFO via separate quotes.
We pull your actual flight number from FAA data and watch it the entire route. If your flight is delayed by an hour or six, your chauffeur knows before you land. There is no charge for tracked flight delays. Yosemite drives are long enough that a late arrival can affect chauffeur schedule downstream — but the delay itself is built into the booking.
Reserve online via the form, request a written quote, or call dispatch directly. Same Black SUV / Sedan / Sprinter fleet, real-time flight tracking, multi-day in-park chauffeur available, CPUC TCP# 9225 / fully licensed and insured. +1-650-876-1777 — 24/7 dispatch, every day of the year.
