Yes &mdash; Stanford parent weekends (October), Reunion Homecoming (October), Admit Weekend (April), and June Commencement are heavy weekends for us. Drop at the right campus building &mdash; Tresidder Union for student pickup, Memorial Auditorium for events, the Quad for tours, GSB McCoy/Knight Center for business school, Med Center for med-school events. Hotels Rosewood Sand Hill and Stanford Park nearby fill quickly &mdash; book transport early.

All major SF Bay universities: Stanford University (and its schools: GSB, Stanford Law, Stanford Medicine, SLAC, Hoover Institution); UC Berkeley (Haas Business School, Berkeley Law, College of Engineering, Goldman School); UCSF (Parnassus + Mission Bay + Mt Zion); University of San Francisco (USF); Santa Clara University (SCU); San Jose State University (SJSU); St. Mary's College of California (Moraga); Mills College at Northeastern (Oakland); Dominican University of California (San Rafael); California Maritime Academy (Vallejo); Sonoma State; SF State (SFSU); plus Stanford Center at Sand Hill Rd, Stanford Continuing Studies.

Recruiting trips for college applicants often visit multiple Bay Area campuses in one weekend: SFO arrival -> Stanford morning tour -> lunch -> Cal afternoon tour -> dinner -> hotel -> next day Santa Clara University -> San Jose State -> SFO departure. Same chauffeur stays with the family across all stops; we coordinate tour timing with admissions offices.

Do you handle Stanford GSB executive education / continuing education arrivals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stanford GSB Executive Programs draws international and out-of-area executives 4-6 weeks at a time. We coordinate SFO arrival -> Knight Management Center / Hoover Hotel / Schwab Residential Center -> recurring weekend transport during the program -> SFO departure. Similar for Stanford Law executive education and the Continuing Studies program.

What about Cal alumni / Cal-Stanford game day / Big Game weekend?

Accepted Answer

Big Game weekend (Cal vs Stanford football, traditionally November) creates one of our biggest demand spikes. Hotels on both sides fill weeks out. We coordinate multi-day visits: SFO/OAK arrival, hotel check-in, pre-game dinner, the game, post-game social, departure. Cal alumni often book transport in groups of 4-6 SUVs. Plus the annual Cal Alumni Weekend (April), Cal Reunion (June), and the Cal Big Game with Stanford.

Do you handle UCSF medical-school events and parent visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes. UCSF Med School is across Parnassus + Mission Bay campuses. White Coat ceremony (August), Match Day (March), graduation (May/June). We coordinate from SFO/OAK arrival, hotel, and the specific campus event venues. UCSF Faculty Club at Parnassus is common for receptions.

Can you do prospective-student tour weekends for multiple parents in one party?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Common: 8-12 people (multiple families touring together, often relatives + grandparents). Multi-vehicle dispatch with same-driver continuity. We can do back-to-back college tours across the Peninsula (Stanford -> Santa Clara -> San Jose State), the East Bay (Cal -> Mills -> UC Davis nearby), and Marin (Dominican). Single invoice per family or per organizer.
