We coordinate multi-day visits: SFO/OAK arrival, hotel check-in, pre-game dinner, the game, post-game social, departure. Cal alumni often book transport in groups of 4-6 SUVs. Plus the annual Cal Alumni Weekend (April), Cal Reunion (June), and the Cal Big Game with Stanford.

Do you handle UCSF medical-school events and parent visits?

Yes. UCSF Med School is across Parnassus + Mission Bay campuses. White Coat ceremony (August), Match Day (March), graduation (May/June). We coordinate from SFO/OAK arrival, hotel, and the specific campus event venues. UCSF Faculty Club at Parnassus is common for receptions.

Can you do prospective-student tour weekends for multiple parents in one party?

Yes. Common: 8-12 people (multiple families touring together, often relatives + grandparents). Multi-vehicle dispatch with same-driver continuity.
