Accepted Answer

Yes. The French Laundry (Yountville, 3 Michelin stars), Bouchon Bistro, Ad Hoc, Bottega, and the rest of Yountville's restaurant row are routine for us. Drop-off at the specific restaurant entrance, pre-arranged pickup time, designated-driver model so guests can enjoy the wine pairing fully. Hotel Yountville and Bardessono are both walking distance to TFL.

Which Michelin-starred SF Bay restaurants do you serve?

Accepted Answer

All current and historical Michelin-starred restaurants in the SF Bay Michelin Guide: 3-star (Atelier Crenn, Benu, Manresa, Saison, SingleThread, The French Laundry, Quince when applicable). 2-star (Acquerello, Birdsong, Californios, Commis, Lazy Bear, Madera, Plumed Horse, Sons & Daughters). 1-star (Adega, Bird Dog, Cala, Californios at various, Mister Jiu's, Mourad, Nico, Octavia, Omakase, Protege, Rich Table, Rooh, San Ho Won, Selby's, Wakuriya, Wako, etc. plus wine-country Michelin-starred: Single Thread, Press, Auro at Auberge du Soleil, The Restaurant at Meadowood). Note: Michelin star awards change annually; we update our routing knowledge each Michelin release.

Can you do multi-restaurant dinner tours in one evening?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Common: cocktail-hour aperitif at one bar, multi-course dinner at the named restaurant, dessert/digestif at a third location. Or 'progressive' wine-country dinners where guests visit two or three Napa restaurants in sequence (e.g., lunch at Bottega, mid-afternoon at Auberge du Soleil, dinner at Press). Dedicated chauffeur stays with the principals across all stops, no juggling vehicles.

Why use Airport Commuter as a designated driver for a wine-pairing dinner?

Accepted Answer

Fine-dining wine-pairing menus often run 6-12 wines across 8-12 courses. With a chauffeured Black SUV, every guest can enjoy the full wine progression without worrying about driving home. Common: Auberge du Soleil's wine-paired dinner (8 courses + 8 wines), or The French Laundry's tasting menu (10+ courses, multiple wines). We're more affordable than the per-glass cost of the wines, and you don't lose the wine experience because of the drive home.

Do you coordinate with the restaurant's car service / valet team?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many Michelin-starred restaurants have valet teams or restaurant-specific drop-off protocols. The French Laundry has a curated valet team; Atelier Crenn has limited curbside on Fillmore; Saison has a curated valet team. Our chauffeurs coordinate timing with the valet teams so pickup is seamless after dinner.

Can you handle late-night dining returns?

Accepted Answer

Standard. Michelin-starred tasting menus often run 3.5-5 hours. Our chauffeurs stage nearby and are notified when guests are ready (text or call). We also handle late nightcap stops (Trick Dog, Smuggler's Cove, Pacific Cocktail Haven, Bourbon & Branch) and return-home transport at midnight or later, no premium for late hours up to our standard rates.

Do you do anniversary or proposal arrangements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Common: SUV staged with a single rose or champagne bottle prepared by florist coordination, proposal-stop arrangements (Cliff House replacement at Marshall Beach, the Golden Gate Bridge overlook, or specific restaurant request). Coordinated with concierge or florist of choice.

Do you cover Berkeley fine dining (Chez Panisse) and East Bay restaurants?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Berkeley: Chez Panisse (the Alice Waters original), Cesar, Comal. Oakland: Commis (Michelin 2-star), Boot & Shoe Service. Walnut Creek/Lafayette: Postino (when operating). Plus the full Wine Country circuit out from East Bay (East Bay to Napa via Carquinez Bridge is 45-65 minutes).
