Dispatcher tip: I-95 south through Greenwich is reliably the worst stretch of interstate in the Northeast, especially 7–9 AM and 4–7 PM weekdays. For morning LGA/JFK runs we strongly prefer the Merritt Parkway south to Hutchinson River Parkway instead of I-95. Round Hill Road backroads work well for backcountry Greenwich pickups avoiding town center. Early-morning international-JFK departures typically leave Greenwich at 3:45 AM.
