Aventura is a high-rise condo city built around Aventura Mall and the Turnberry resort, so its housing stock is overwhelmingly towers — the median sale price across all home types is around $495,000 as of spring 2026, with luxury Country Club Drive and Williams Island units running well into seven figures.
